Quick Fleet Facts

Whether your vehicles are used for business, commercial or public purposes, insuring them as a fleet can be a great way to save time and money. As part of the Ostic Group’s customer-focused service, we offer fleet insurance to complement our available automotive plans for clients with a larger pool of vehicles.

Eligible clients will have more than 5 self-propelled vehicles, leased or owned either singly or in common management. This excludes ATVs, snow vehicles, motorcycles, vehicles with less than a 30 day lease and seasonally-suspended craft.

To receive a quote, please provide:

• your name and address, with the number of vehicles leased and owned over the past 3 years

• information on your fleet including the make, model, year, garage location, and present coverage of each vehicle

• the gross vehicle weight (GVW) and the List Price New (retail value including permanent equipment and taxes) for the vehicles in your fleet

• information on your drivers, including claims and license history, including claims for Liability, Accident Benefits, Collision, Comprehensive and Specified Perils losses

• details on the use of your fleet, including number of vehicles, cargo and regular workload, and typical distance travelled

• the name and information of your previous policy carrier
