Centre Wellington Food Bank’s Food Cycle Ride
This is not your traditional food drive! On Sunday, May 24th at 8:00am, join us for a fun, scenic bike ride to support the Centre Wellington Food Bank.
The Food Cycle Ride started in 2011 and since that has raised over $23,000 for the Centre Wellington Food Bank. The goal for this year is to raise $12,000! What’s great about this event is that it’s not just for serious competitors. This is a family-friendly ride with routes supported by route marshals and filled with rest stops for those who need to replenish their water bottles, get a cookie or fruit, or use the facilities.
The ride starts at Elora Public School and riders have the option to do road routes (35 & 70km) and trail routes (20 & 40km), followed by a delicious lunch.
